Overview

This plan will be explained, not like a professional business plan. I will try and give you all the details that you will need to know to understand how our Group will operate. If you still have questions or comments and/or I have omitted any details please by all means contact me.

Who

My name is David Estes, I own and operate the following business and sites; "Rolloverinterest Group", "Prairie Adventure LLC", "Web Mall", "Net Surf Monitor", "Surf Sites Monitor", "Escape". Members are defined as persons that have joined specific programs listed above, and the specific programs that they have joined above have there own terms, privacy policy, and F.A.Q. Please refer to those individual programs. Processors selections, of these sites, are processors that our group is making transactions with for its members that they choose. Bank Institutions have been established by our group, that we have used for years and have established a business relationship with, these accounts are managed only by David Estes, they are FDIC insured up to $100,000 on each account. We have several accounts with this establishment. These are all the parties involved with your funds in these programs.

What

What is the service that we are selling. These services are as follows; (1) RIG-Opportunities for its members to participate as a group in services that we offer, including all of our sites and programs. (2) Prairie Adventure LLC is a public business manufacturing aluminum boats and pontoons for its dealer network across the Southeastern United States, offering public repair of aluminum boats, and producing boats for other Companies for resell. (3) Web Mall is our online mall offering the sell of products open the the world and shipped directly to the customers, with 7 ways to pay for there products online. We are working on a affiliate referral program that should be released this summer 2008, that will provide incomes for our members of the group. (4) Net Surf Monitor is our auto surf monitoring program that public visitors can visit to learn about the programs and issues in the industry with our news cast that are produced. The monitor sells advertisement spots as banners, text ads, and sponsorships for our video cast. This is a revenue for the group and an effective media for the group. (5) Surf Site Monitor is also a auto surf monitor that is basically the same as NSM, there is not a video cast on this site but the site may be used for other purposes. (6) Escape, this is our auto surf program that you have to be a member of the RIG to participate. This program offers advertisements spots for sell for those members to view and earn a rebate for viewing those adds. This program holds a big part of the future success of our group. Our plans for this program is to use its viewers and members as a tool to lure large advertisement deals from companies that want there advertisements viewed. Once the memberships is a large audience companies will buy advertisements and that generates revenue for the group. I have some inside contacts on some large companies that will need this type of service in the future. ie. Marine vendors, dealers, engine manufactures, and other boat companies that are tied to National Marine Manufacture Association, and Grow Boating, which Im sure you have seen there commercials on T.V. stations such as CNN, TBS, CNBC, HLN, FNC, TWC, and other well know stations. These are all opportunities for us in the future as rising prices on fuel and services are increasing millions of people are turning to using internet services for there shopping needs there fore this is the place to advertise. I have livestock that we are building on growing an multiplying and any additional income this brings to the picture is a plus. This type of dependability on any one type of business is not a given based on the current economy. I would like for you to know that we are diversified within what we do and this is were we need to be. One thing is the manageability of the business mention are all in my control to make the group grow. We are not depending on someone else to do this for us.

Where

Well, the avenues mentioned above; internet, local business through out the Southeastern U.S. Our office and manufacturing facility is located in West Point, MS USA. Our hosting and servers are on several located in USA. No need to go in any further detail on this it is irrelevant. All verification information submitted to RIG is keep off these servers, once the information is submitted it is hard copied to our office under controlled access only I have. I take care in handling your information with the up most updated security and it is not shared with anyone. I believe in the "Need to Know theory". Of course you choice of processors have there information on there sites, there is no need to duplicate it. Our Bank is a local bank FDIC Insured. Avenues of the internet sites extends where internet is available. The works of the programs are within the programs based on the time frames specified within each program.

When

The works of the programs are within the programs development and based on the time frames specified within each programs respective purpose. Basically, once a member makes a transaction within the program time takes effect on the program working. The members interact with the programs to determine there yields. Interaction with the programs with different scenario s will change the out come of the yields. Once members place funds in our processor accounts those funds are pulled randomly to our business accounts and keep in those accounts since they are FDIC insured. I have no problem with any of the processors that we use and are on good terms with all of them. Same as I have had that experience before till the processors closed with its members funds or the governmental entities that controlled were they were stepped in. I do feel more secure with your funds not within any processor for any lenghtly period of time. They are not insured. No one truly knows there legal status and funds are at possible risk to be froze at anytime. When the time comes that our group is large enough to handle and maintain these levels of participation I will continue to approach viable companies to gather additional revenues for our group. I will on a continuous basis build my other businesses to maintain an expendable cash surplus. As our companies grow themselves we will have more expendable cash to work with to improve our group and programs.

Why

Above I just started explained why your funds were moved, to make them secure and safe. This seems to be the most important part so I will continue to explain. You members have entrusted my programs and me with your funds to safe keep and allow you to make a "Earned Rebate", those profits will be granted back to you in a reverse order which they came. All processor fees incurred will be charged back to the members on cash out. We need a safe line of transferring funds in and out of the programs. I think this is the safest way to have control over funds that our members have entrusted us with. They are out of the hands of persons that do not have to answer for them. You are asking the question "Admin will not make any money why is he doing this?" Question I do not mind explaining. I have been around this industry for quite some time and I enjoy working with computer programs scripts and mainly people. I have been burned couple of times with money I entrusted with programs. I developed a way to keep my losses to a minimum in programs that I surfed in and learned just how to make small amounts to make up for the large amounts lost mainly in processors. A key word of advise do not ever place your money in a program that runs the processor you are putting money in that program with. It is to easy to hide and play with the money. Prime example is CEP Trust. There were millions of dollars unaccounted for. I do not know if people has recovered any of there funds are not I quit keeping up with it, but I lost 9 months of surfing time and profits that were built up, $23,000 to be ball parking it. To be honest that started my crusade. I have seen sites like Turn Style, Light Hazen, Coastin88, Cep Coast, and Plant Trust, to mention a few sites small and huge just come and go with peoples money and It makes me upset to see this industry be though of as a scammers because of the few. I will say one thing, Jack has made good on his members funds and has made an diligent honest effort to make it right at Planet Trust. How many sites have you seen go down in the last few months that were big and disappear not knowing when the members will get paid. All you get is we will pay you in no time frame or we will contact you on refunds, people forget or just give up on programs ie Turn Style, that admin had a plan to pay her members back and it was posted when and how much you would receive, it just went away. Enough is enough this industry needs programs that will form a group or a pack to make it right. There are some really good admins out there that are deserving to be in there programs. I would like to lead that group in showing in our programs how to do just that. Now you know why, I will tell you how we are going to operate.

How

Our companies have expensed funds for advertisements that are deductible for our businesses, so that money is still accounted for but it is compiled with funds that are accumulated with the monitor, and the web mall used to pay our members with what we call expendable cash. A company making money that is great but you make money you have to pay taxes on it here in the United States. Its best not to show profits if you can follow me. You spend your profits and find ways to make more money with what you make, to start over again. This is a lesson I have learned and will put it to good use. When our companies make less gross profits we gain more net worth. When members purchase ad packs or advertisements those funds are placed in the accounts "unused" they are in the accounts only for the purpose of holding them till they are returned with the expendable cash. Those funds are then disbursed back to the same members that have entrusted me that they will gain "Earned Rebates". My friend those people that trust me I can not let them down, they depend on me. Listen, I depend on them to help me grow our group to make a point in this industry I ask that they ban with me to build the largest groups for surfers to turn to for honesty, integrity, and a dependable source of supplemental income. There is nothing special about what we do, there is no great investment, this is all about principle and trust. This is why you as a member will see in the programs all the income and expenses that the programs incur and make. I think an open door policy on the financial site of this industry has been what these sites and programs have been lacking. I spoke with an admin when I first started my site last year, we were discussing the do and do nots. A statement was made to me that I thought was reasonable but It is the main reason members fear the auto surf program admins. The statement was "its not the members business to know about the funds". I have pondered and that is exactly whos business it is, its there money. If you are in business the customer is always right in theory. You members are the customer and have every right to know about the funds.

(Almost Forgot) Purpose

I have been working with computers since the early 80s when a 20 MB hard drive was the going thing and Windows 3.1 was the biggest upgraded program. I have always been fascinated with computers and programs. I worked for Fisher Marine a boat manufacture that was formed in the 60 s for 13 years from every area in the production floor to being the purchasing manager and inventory control for Brunswick Corp. for the last four years I was with them, I managed the West Point facilities over 8 million dollar inventory, created bill of materials, and worked with corprate offices located in Elkhart, Indiana to raise the companies revenue to a all time high in the early 90 s. I figured why work for them when I could do it for myself. I have worked for myself since the mid 90 s and started my own company October 2000 (Prairie Adventure LLC). I enjoy working on the computer and it amazes me the information both good and bad that can be found on it. When I started using the internet I never knew it would be as it is today. OK, I will get to the point. I started surfing and got addicted to the thought of making easy money online. I have been burned more than twice and have developed a niche on how to maximize your earnings. Its simple. Its like playing Black Jack at the casino, which I love to play. Im up on the casino so I do not grace there doors anymore. Once you start small and test the water get a little cash in your pocket you put your initial money back in your pocket and play with there money, when that money is gone you quit and move on. Never fund more than you can afford to lose. If you do lose, consider it entertainment. I got greedy on CEPT and could have been sitting really pretty. I doubled down to many times and got burnt. That brings me to the purpose. Im not here to save the industry just to help mold the future of the industry. We offer to persons that are here an opportunity to earn money (not a killing) secure, safe and long term. We will continue to bring and offer new opportunities to the table. Its up to you if you want to eat it or not. I do not mind being honest about it. There are some well know names in this business that are nothing but scammers. I know some of them through vague business transactions. None of which I would consider getting scammed just that the ethics of how I was approached. I did not grow under an apple tree yesterday. I get personal gratification knowing that I helped someone make some money with very little effort on there part. Im not in cahoots with anyone in the industry. I do have my own values and those are honest and admirable in intentions and actions. My programs are here take them or leave them to be quite blunt. Im not in this to make money there is no money in running auto-surf programs as I explained on the front page. I also show you in my programs "unlike any other program currently out there" about the money coming in and going out. We are a leader in the industry and will continue to strive for that label of being the Leader. We will show the industry new ways of doing honest business. When all the other programs fail and we are still here we will have a viewers will have a precedents to come to our programs. I implore you to join our programs, work our system and start your earnings for your future today. That my friend is our purpose.

Closing

I have some ideas that can be utilized in this industry that if we get it worked out an scripted in programs it will save the industry from fear of loosing your funds, give a trust of placing your funds in programs, at the same time you make money regardless of the outcome of the program. I once worked for a very smart tycoon that made money on stock options. He taught me how to do this but I feared the stock market with my own funds. He would actually buy stock that was on shaky grounds cheap, purchase stock insurance options against the stock and as the stocks met a certain vitality he would cash in and make more on the insurance that the stock was worth. I thought this process was ridiculous but he made a killing working the system. That is what we need to do is work the system. Make the system work for us. We will come out with these innovations once they are tested and our members will benefit from our works, this is were I get gratification.
